Ashley Gravely-Penn

Riley Holman is a truly excellent trainer. She is the perfect combination of tough (“Riley, you’re KILLING me!”) and warm (“Ashely, you are doing SO well”), and she works with the whole person — mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her efforts, I am well on my way to achieving the personal goal I set for myself. I recommend her without reservation. I’ve been working with Riley for almost 3 months and have seen amazing results in that time. She has managed to get my body feeling stronger and healthier…the way it was in high school & college. Riley is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I’ve awakened my muscles that have been asleep since my college days.  If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Riley will lead you every step of the way. I know I am excited about the months ahead!
