I’ve been working out with Riley for two years and counting. I’ve stuck with her through four gyms, and though I grumble she keeps me motivated. I started working out with her because my blood sugar levels were concerningly elevated prompting my doctor to caution me about the possibility of developing diabetes. Among the recommendations were increased exercise and attention to diet. Riley has been instrumental in both respects helping me to be mindful of my eating habits and keeping me on track with workouts. As a result my blood sugar levels have kept me from the diabetic threshold. I have also lost weight, toned up, lost inches, and have improved my overall endurance, which has enabled me to keep up with my kids better to boot.
